Organisations engage Impactfully in two distinct ways, depending on the nature of the behavioural challenge.
- Signature programmes are open programmes for individual leaders who register independently.
- In-company programmes address specific leadership or team topics within one organisation.
Both routes are behaviour-focused, practice-based, and grounded in the 5R Leadership Cycle.
Signature leadership programmes
Open programmes help leaders turn ideas into action. Instead of learning alone, you work with others facing similar challenges. You sign up on your own. However, groups stay small – just 8 people maximum. This means more practice and better feedback. Small Groups for Individual Leaders (Max 12 People)
